Seminar in KAPO Joint-Stock Company, Kazan, Russia
On 1st of October, 2010 CFE with the assistance of its partner TeploRegion conducted a seminar in KAPO Joint-Stock Company in the city of Kazan, on the topic of: “Repair of composite material of airplanes in connection with the requirement to diminish energy consumption and increase energy efficiency in compliance with Federal Law 261”
Among participants of the seminar were representatives of the Center for Entrepreneurship, TeploRegion and KAPO employees from technical, energy, maintenance and other departments.
The seminar was devoted to discussion of the following issues:
Cost structure of the main and secondary production processes of the company.
Various options of organizational innovation aiming at cost reduction.
Technological, legal (taking post-Soviet specifics into account) and organizational factors of facility management and energy resources management.
Organizational structure of facility management services and functions.
Technological, organizational and financial aspects of energy efficient equipment and technology. Implementation of energy efficient solutions in the main and secondary production processes.
Energy audit of a company according to Federal Law 261 (The Law on Energy Efficiency and Energy Saving).
Application of ACR-3 Hot Bonder in the framework of Federal Law 261.
